1. Service Agreement
By placing a booking with Zebraz Logistics & Courier Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all bookings made through zebraz.ca.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when you receive a ZBR-XXXXX tracking number by email. Zebraz reserves the right to reject any booking at its discretion, with a full refund processed within 3–5 business days.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. Online payments are processed securely via Stripe. Cash on Delivery and Card on Delivery are available at booking. The live price shown at booking is final unless a driver-initiated adjustment is approved by admin.
4. Price Adjustments
If the actual item at pickup differs materially from the booking description, the driver may report the difference. An admin reviews and may apply a price adjustment. The customer is notified and given options before any additional charge is collected. The driver has no pricing authority.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee. No refund is provided once a driver has arrived at the pickup location.
6. Liability
Zebraz's liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the declared value stated at booking, up to a maximum of $500 CAD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Zebraz is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
7. Prohibited Items
Zebraz does not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, live animals, perishable food, or cash. Booking such items is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
