1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when booking: name, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery addresses, and payment details processed by Stripe. We also collect shipment photos you upload and any special instructions.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to process and manage your delivery booking, send transactional notifications (booking confirmation, status updates, invoice), and provide customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Marketing Communications (CASL)

We send marketing emails only with your explicit consent, obtained via an opt-in checkbox during booking. Consent is recorded with timestamp and source. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (booking confirmations, status updates, invoices) are sent without separate marketing consent as permitted under CASL.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured servers located in North America. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Payment card data is processed by Stripe and never stored on Zebraz systems.

5. Sharing Your Information

We share your name, phone number, and delivery address with the assigned driver for the purpose of completing your delivery. We do not share your data with any other third parties except as required by law.

6. Your Rights
