Pack It Right. Deliver It Safe.
A few minutes of good packaging prevents damage and makes pickup faster. Here's what we recommend.
Use a sturdy box
Single-wall boxes are fine for light items. Use double-wall corrugated boxes for anything over 5kg or fragile electronics.
Wrap fragile items individually
Wrap glass, ceramics, and electronics in at least two layers of bubble wrap. Mark the booking as Fragile so the driver knows before arrival.
Fill empty space
Crumpled paper, foam peanuts, or air pillows prevent items shifting inside the box during transit. A box that rattles when shaken is not ready.
Seal all edges with packing tape
Use minimum 50mm packing tape. Tape all seams: top, bottom, and corners. Don't use standard office tape.
Label clearly
Write or print the delivery address on the outside of the box. If there are multiple boxes in one booking, number them (e.g. 1 of 3).
Protect screens and flat panels
Wrap in cardboard or foam padding before boxing. Never ship a flat screen without edge protection.
Drain and secure appliances
Drain all liquids from washing machines, dishwashers, and refrigerators before shipping. Secure any doors or lids with tape.
Disassemble furniture where possible
Remove legs, glass panels, or shelves. Wrap each piece separately and bundle them together for collection.
Photograph your items before pickup
Take clear photos before the driver arrives. This helps resolve any disputes about condition if an issue arises after delivery.
